Delivery options

We endeavour to offer all customers a prompt service with their cake enquiries.  The turnaround time requested is a minimum of 2-3 week days however, certain cakes & bakes can be available in 24 hours. Please either phone or drop us an email (often a quicker reply).     Please note that our bakery/production kitchen is NOT a retail outlet.   Pre-ordered cakes can be collected from there but we cannot take orders in person, accept payments or take walk-in sales at the bakery.

The following options for delivery / collection are:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.50 - max weight 2kg.   £7.99 if above 2kg*

• Please note the price quoted is not guaranteed next day though Royal Mail endeavour to deliver within 24 hours. 
• Tuesday to Friday only (the business is closed Mon weekly)  
  
• Not applicable for Whole Cakes, fragile or bakes requiring refrigeration.  
• If the weight of your order including packaging is heavier than 2kg, we recommend using the Overnight Delivery service as follows:

Overnight National Delivery - £14.50

Mainly for customers, located outside of London, we use an national overnight delivery company that 99% delivers your order next day.  To be used if your order weighs more than 2kg and/or needs refrigeration and/or is a whole cake, however it is not suitable for use with decorated cakes or cupcakes - sadly they end up damaged.

London only - Courier Bike or Van - £17 (or more)

This fees of this courier company are based on size & weight of order and distance in London.   We charge you £17 - if less, we will refund you the difference within 48 working hours.  If more, we will inform you and send a Paypal request for the balance, prior to delivery.   This company can deliver within a 3 hour timeframe Monday to Saturday. Please note: Customers within London who have chosen courier delivery located outside of Zone 2 will be contacted should the cost of delivery by the courier company be higher than the price quoted here – this is because of the increasing rise in fuel.

Collections

Pre-ordered cakes can be collected from our stall at Borough market (Tuesday to Sunday). Or direct from the bakery in Battersea (Monday to Friday).
