Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake

One of our best selling gluten free celebration cakes. Rich, sophisticated and decadent. A triple layer chocolate sponge with a moist dark chocolate brownie centre. Each layer contains our home-made salted caramel sauce and a rich salted caramel buttercream. Drizzled with more caramel and crunchy Criolla cacao nibs.


Please note, that if you wish to add a message on top of the cake, chocolate disc has to be purchased separately

Ingredients

Free-range eggs, cane & Muscovado sugars, dark (70%) chocolate (emulsifier: 0.5% soya lecithin), sunflower oil, butter (cow’s milk), gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat), millet flour, corn flour,  raising agents: mono calcium phosphate, gluten-free baking powder, xanthan gum, rice & soya milks, vanilla extract, white wine vinegar, cocoa powder, coffee granules, double cream (cow’s milk), sea-salt, xylitol, sunflower spread (contains sunflower & vegetable oils, salt, vitamins, natural flavour & natural colour). A lovely centrepiece, often given as a celebration cake. Therefore, please note this cake is not suitable for Royal Mail postage or via overnight courier, apologies to customers outside of London.
