Mango & Coconut Cake

We've created a triple layer cake (available in 2 sizes) that tastes of the tropics - a light gluten and dairy free coconut sponge, made with creamy coconut milk. Each layer has mango puree, and is decorated with a mango flavoured frosting, coconut chips and dried mango pieces. A lovely centrepiece to share with family and friends.

Please note, that if you wish to add a message on top of the cake, chocolate disc has to be purchased separately

Mango puree, mango chips, coconut chips (sulphites), cornflour, lemon juice, caster sugar, sunflower spread (sunflower oil, water, vegetable oil and fat (sustainable palm and rapeseed oil) vanilla bean paste, free-range eggs, plain gluten free flour blend, baking powder, xanthan gum, sea salt, desiccated coconut (sulphites), coconut milk
