Also considering that many are intolerant or allergic to lactose and dairy, our award winning range includes many options to choose from. Lemon Meringue Cupcakes

Tangy, refreshing yet sweet – only fresh lemons used throughout.  Lemon sponge, with a centre of home made vegan lemon curd, topped with a fresh lemon zest frosting and a meringue.  Meringue is an aquafaba product (chickpea water).

Ingredients

Fresh lemons, sunflower oil, gluten free oat milk, gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat, xanthan gum), icing & caster sugars, corn flour, raising agents (gluten free baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cream of tartar), chickpea water (aquafaba), sunflower spread (contains sunflower & vegetable oils, salt, vitamins, natural flavour & natural colour), sea-salt, cider vinegar.
