The LillyPuds Gluten free Christmas pudding is scrumptiously light and easy to eat, packed with delicious Christmas flavours and with reduced sugar, their pudding is a healthier delight!

This Christmas Pudding is blended with Gluten Free Chockwork Orange beer from the Brentwood Brewing Company, finest vine fruits, apple, ginger and brandy. They have a reduced sugar content, just 5% as an ingredient, and a minimum of 50% fruit, no mixed peel, chopped nuts, or artificial sweeteners and preservatives.

Suitable for vegetarians. Does not contain milk ingredients.

Shelf Life for this product is approximately 12 months from date of manufacture.

For best results, steam:

Before heating: Remove paper packaging and place in steamer or saucepan with boiling water until water is 2/3rds up the side of the basin. See individual pudding label for specific cooking times and microwave instructions.

After heating: Remove film immediately.
