Basque Cheesecake

This cheesecake originates from the Basque region of Northern Spain and consists mainly of cream cheese, soured cream and eggs. It has no crust or biscuit base as it's baked at a high temperature to achieve a burnished top yet a delightful light creamy texture, typical of this classic bake.


Please note, that if you wish to add a message on top of the cake, chocolate disc has to be purchased separately
