Our goal has always been to provide Coeliacs with a range of certified gluten free bakes that are just as enjoyable as their wheat counterparts. Also considering that many are intolerant or allergic to lactose and dairy, our award winning range includes many options to choose from. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have in creating them from scratch in our artisan bakery.

Bakewell Tarts

A winning combination of a crunchy shortbread style base, a home-made no sugar chia berry compote, topped with a traditional moist almond frangipane. Topped off with a sprinkling of flaked almonds, freeze dried raspberries and a dusting of icing sugar.    A Great Taste Awards Winner.

Ingredients

Gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, tapioca, maize, potato, buckwheat), teff flour, chickpea water (aquafaba), home-made mixed berry fruit compote (chia seeds, xylitol), ground and flaked almonds (nuts), natural almond extract (nuts), sea salt. Sunflower spread (contains sunflower & vegetable oils, salt, vitamins, natural flavour & natural colour), icing & caster sugars. Freeze-dried raspberries and icing sugar to decorate.
